I am surprised by how long McDonald’s took to do this collaboration meal. Kpop Demon Hunters was released quite a while ago. Wanted to this mainly for the McShaker fries. I didn’t love the fries but my brother did. It’s like a garlic ramen seasoning packet, it’s just alright. The nuggets dipping sauces weren’t that good either.

I haven’t been to Le’s in quite a while but am glad to report it is still the number 1 banh mi on island. Their prices have gone up but it’s to be expected. I was curious about making adjustments to the combo meal. We just wanted to add roast pork to the saigon special sandwich since it doesn’t come with it. Glad to say it does! I called in apprehension because they aren’t exactly known for customer service. Well, the phone call was super pleasant! Whew. When I got there to pick up the order, the cashier was very nice. She looks like she is hired help and looks super super familiar but she was wonderful. Their bread is what makes this sandwich so great, it’s thin and soft yet perfectly light and crispy. They stuff it full of great innards too. It’s worth the premium in price!
I was passing by the building on my way to Sam’s Club yesterday and wanted to try but I couldn’t figure out where Le’s was in that building. So I ended up with a kalua pig plate from Sam’s Club (only $5.98!). So this must be upstairs – because I couldn’t see any sign on the ground floor.
Ah shucks! Yes, it’s on the third floor! But you can’t miss with the Sam’s Club kalua pig plate for that price! I had it on Monday lol.
Oh, and no toy in the Huntrix meal?
