Truffle Mousse Pate
Yes. A million times yes. This one is made with chicken. Since Chan was not feeling well, I ate this entire thing over the course of the trip. Yeah. I did. Ate it with some golden round crackers (think Ritz Crackers). No regrets here. Chan told me probably get this kine in Hawaii but I haven’t tried it locally yet. IT WAS GOOD AND A GOOD PRICE AND I LOVED IT.
Good review, thanks! I wonder how the pate would be in banh mi sandwiches. That is what Olena’s by Chef Simon used to put in their banh mi sandwiches – so ono! But then they stopped. But their sandwich is still ono.
I feel like this pate is super solid and not as spreadable as the ones they use in banh mi but doesn’t matter, would taste great in banh mi!
I’m not a fan of anything pate. I guess reminds me of deviled ham or smushed up vienna sausage, LOL
Kinda surprising that their salads aren’t good but trader joe vs 7-11 Japan, I guess.
I don’t think I ever tried deviled ham…no can beat Japan 7-11!!!
