Summer time is fun time because I can drive off site for my lunch breaks. Ribs and Broth is a recent addition to the Mōʻiliʻili neighborhood, it’s located in the same space as the old Sushi King/Post Office. I’ve had great luck with their take-out and can report that the dine-in experience is good too! Good service and the food is served up quick! Let’s check out the food!

Good salad but you can’t beat Pho K&A’s salad. So sorry! Glad to report that this place has a good chili sauté sauce too.

I always order the combination pho, that’s the only way I know it from small kid time. Super good. I like their noodles, I shared last time – it’s a bit thicker flat noodle and holds up great in this hearty dish.

Not my dish, but my friend enjoyed it a lot! She doesn’t like pork blood cubes but guess who does? Yes, share all your blood related meats with me, thank you.
Large Beef Back Ribs Pho | $25.95
Ah, if you read my Monday post, you would know that I was super disappointed with a similar dish I got. This one however, was super generous and worth it. Lots of meat and lots of bones! So much so, that I had to take meat home! And yes, while you can’t see it, there are noodles underneath! It was super good but a bit much. I think I’ll go back to combination pho next time.
