As an office, we like to cater party packs from One Plus One because they offer a good amount of food for very reasonable prices. You do have to put in a deposit ahead of time but that’s no problem since we’re so close by. Their parking lot is awful, they share it with a liquor store and those customers just park any kine. There is street parking around so park at your own risk! Since I had to come and put in a catering order, I got some dinner for me and Chan to try!

I didn’t get a picture of the side gravy, they pack it in like a quarter pound poke container. The 50¢ is the charge for the extra container. This was Chan’s dish, he enjoyed both chickens!
BBQ Chicken & Garlic Basa Fillet Combo Plate | $20.25
Certain items on the menu incur an additional charge when ordered in a combo plate. For this plate, the garlic basa added $2. Was it good? Sure. Was it worth the extra $2? Not really. The fish was fine but it could barely be classified as garlic! BBQ chicken is always good.
French Fries | $5.65
Chan likes to get a side of french fries and I am always along for that ride. Love that they serve up crinkle fries! Was fried pretty well done if you like your fries crispy!

Thanks for the reminder! Had catering from them before and it was pretty good. The liquor store makes that place look sketchy with all the bums hanging around and parking is not good ig Kahai St. Kitchen is open.
I used to go there a lot. I like their spicy garlic tofu eggplant, side order. They gave so much it was enough to share with the family. The parking does suck but I am usually lucky. And their catering menu is a really good ono deal.
